In late November 2009, BSI conducted a customer satisfaction survey. Of those who responded, 95.2% indicated that BSI met or exceeded their expectations in the area of prompt, accurate estimating jobs. 95.4% indicated that due to their overall satisfaction they were very likely to continue to use BSI for their stationery and digital print work and 86.3% were very likely to recommend BSI to a fellow distributor as a vendor of choice.
